LowFares did not sell you a ticket and unfortunately, we do not have access to your reservations. Please contact the booking agency you selected to request a confirmation.
Can you help me find the cheapest fare from __ to __ ?
LowFares.com would love to help you find the cheapest fare! Enter your flight information on our homepage and in seconds you will have some of the cheapest flights available to choose from.
Can you give me information regarding airport policy? (visa/passport, disability needs, allowable items, etc…)

How many bags can I check and carry on?
Each airline has its own policy regarding baggage. Once you have made your reservation, check with the airline you are flying to get that information. Remember to also visit our Airline Guide page to find more information regarding your specific airline carrier.
Can I bring my pet with me?
As with baggage, this policy will vary from airline to airline. Please contact the airline with which you wish to fly for specific information. We suggest you come back to LowFares to compare and book your ticket with one of our many travel partners.
I can’t find the airport I’m looking for in your system. Help!
If you know the airport code for the airport in question, enter it and LowFares can identify the city from that. If you don’t know the code, type the first few letters of the city name and look for the airport listing in the drop-down menu that appears. If you are still having difficulties, please visit our Airport Code guide here.
My flight was cancelled, how do I receive compensation?
Please contact the agency through which you purchased your airline ticket, or the airline directly, for information regarding compensation. You did not actually book your airline ticket on the LowFares site, so unfortunately we have no authority in this matter.
I left a personal item on the airplane, can you help me locate it?
LowFares has no information about your travel plans after you left our website and unfortunately we are unable to help you retrieve lost items. Contact the airline you flew with your dates of travel and flight number and they will be able to assist you. More airline information found here.
Are there any discount fares available (group discounts, bereavement, military leave, seniors, etc.)?
This information will vary by airline and by case. Only an airline agent can determine if you qualify for a discount fare, so please contact a specific airline and they can answer your questions. We suggest you always visit LowFares to ensure you're getting the best fare!
Are taxes and booking fees included in the quoted prices?
The inclusion of additional taxes and fees will change between booking agencies. If taxes are not included, there should be a small icon or note indicating this.
How do I change my reservation?
Your reservation was not booked through LowFares so you will need to contact the agency you made your reservation with to make changes.
Does LowFares charge a booking or processing fee?
No! LowFares is absolutely free to use, so please enjoy!
